By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Sale and the policies referenced on the website.
Mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer’s country remain unaffected.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer law, the mandatory law will apply.

Product characteristics, available sizes, colors, prices and other important information are displayed on the applicable product page.
Customers must review the product information and available size guide before ordering.
Minor variations in color, texture, packaging or appearance may occur where they do not materially change the product or make it inconsistent with its description.
Products remain subject to availability.

Prices and Currency
All monetary amounts stated in these Terms and our shipping policies are in United States dollars (USD).
The product currency shown at checkout is the currency used for the transaction. If no other currency is displayed, the transaction will be processed in USD.
The total price, including applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us, will be shown before the customer submits the order.
Import duties or destination charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient, subject to mandatory disclosure and consumer protection requirements.

Placing an Order
To place an order, the customer must:

The customer will receive an electronic acknowledgment after placing the order.

Order Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
An order remains subject to payment authorization, product availability and fraud review.
We may reject or cancel an order because of:

Delivery restrictions;

If we cancel a paid order, the customer will receive a refund to the original payment method.

Payment
Payment methods available to a customer are displayed at checkout.
The customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Banks, card issuers or payment providers may independently charge currency conversion or international transaction fees. These charges are not controlled by Solkikcs.

Processing and Delivery
Orders require up to 3 business days for processing before dispatch.
After dispatch:

Standard Shipping costs $4.90 USD and normally takes 5–8 business days;

Express Shipping costs $7.90 USD and normally takes 3–5 business days.

Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may request cancellation before the order is fulfilled or shipped by emailing support@solkikcs.com.
If the request reaches us before fulfillment, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
If fulfillment or shipping has already started, the customer may need to receive the product and request a return.

Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery.
Customers must contact support@solkikcs.com before sending a return.
Voluntary returns must meet the eligibility requirements described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Free Exchange
Each eligible order includes one complimentary exchange.
The first approved exchange includes reasonable return shipping and shipment of the replacement product.
The exchange is subject to product availability and the complete conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Statutory Withdrawal
Where applicable law provides a right to withdraw from an online purchase, that right may be exercised within the statutory period.
EU and EEA customers generally have 14 calendar days after delivery of the final item to notify us of withdrawal.

Product Conformity and Legal Guarantees
Products must conform to their description and meet mandatory legal standards.
If a product is defective, damaged, unsafe, materially misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming, the customer may have rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under applicable law.
The 14-day voluntary return period does not replace or shorten mandatory legal guarantees.

Promotions
Discount codes and promotions:

Must be used before their stated expiration;

Cannot be exchanged for cash;

May be limited to eligible products or customers;

Cannot be combined unless expressly permitted;

May be canceled if obtained or used fraudulently.
Promotions do not affect mandatory consumer rights.

Transfer of Ownership and Risk
Risk remains with Solkikcs until the order is delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Ownership transfers when full payment and delivery have occurred, unless local law requires a different result.

Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:

Providing accurate payment and delivery information;

Reviewing product details before ordering;

Monitoring tracking and delivery attempts;

Following reasonable product care instructions;

Contacting us promptly regarding delivery or product issues.
These responsibilities do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Liability
Solkikcs does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the sale was completed.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct or another liability that cannot legally be limited.

Events Outside Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for a failure caused by an event genuinely outside our reasonable control.
If such an event materially delays an order, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund option required by law.

Customers should first contact support@solkikcs.com with:

A description of the issue;

Any relevant photographs or supporting information.
We will attempt to respond and resolve complaints within a reasonable period.
Customers may also use any court, regulator, consumer protection authority or alternative dispute procedure available under mandatory local law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable United States federal law.
Consumers retain the benefit of mandatory protections available in their country or place of habitual residence.
Consumers may bring claims in any court or forum available under mandatory consumer law.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on our website.
Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights connected with orders already accepted.
