Pricing and Currency

Shipping and Delivery

Orders require up to 3 business days for processing before dispatch.

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping:

Price: $7.90 USD;
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Each eligible order includes one complimentary exchange, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us before sending a return.

Mandatory withdrawal, conformity, warranty and consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment or shipment.

Cancellation requests must be sent immediately to support@solkikcs.com.

Once fulfillment or shipping has started, the customer may need to receive and return the order under our Return and Refund Policy.
